Christmas is just around the corner..

The air quality is awful. I ponder about our elected officials and their lack of planning about anything such as forest fires.

One email I receive monthly is sewing related. I am posting this with disbelief:
“I  spent the last 2 weeks in Portland, where the weather was perfect and the homeless problem almost non existent. I have had a place in Portland for 20 years and never had a problem. The press seems to alternate reporting, and in my opinion, exaggerating the homeless problem. Most major cities in the United States have a homeless problem. I feel it needs to be tackled on a national level.“
