A day that included watching the women's football World Cup final with Caitlin whose discomfort from recently diagnosed kidney stones worsened until the final whistle and advice from the school's Health centre practitioner, when we took a taxi to the American Hospital ER. A couple of hours, one blood test and CT scan later, we were on our way home again, Caitlin feeling very much better.
Geçmiş olsun.
Leaving Caitlin to rest, I went 'home' to find Alex had arrived (from Germany). An hour's quick catch up then he had to go to a school functıon and I went next door to visit Melissa and Orhan, where Alex joined us later to continue our 'summer is over how are you and what's the news' type conversation till rather late.
Today's photo is the 1957 Ford ambulance currently exhibited outside the American Hospital.
