A very hot day...saw this ...Swiss treats.........

First photo shows cakes with a touch of Blackforrest area. In the northern Boarder regions, there is always a crossover influence present... but Swiss know how to bake very tasty goodies :-))

Second shot is Wähe'...these are sweet ones, made with Plum, Appricot and Rhubarb. Eaten as a Sweet or as a Meal on a hot evening, depending on the County... 
Salty ones are made with Leek, Marrow, or Dried tomatoes and Bacon ...
