Surveying the Fort Worth Skyline

It seems that the entire downtown section of Fort Worth is under construction. New buildings are going up. Old buildings are getting face lifts. Streets are torn up running new stuff underground. Here a surveyor shooting placement of a vertical beam in a new building. I guess exact placement of the beams is critical. He was talking to a man in a crane and on the ground in the new building. This guy stood across the street directing the beam's movement.
