Annual leave

This morning I knew I had to do a 10 miler before heading off for camping but it was horrid. I was tired, I was bored and I spent most of the time thinking about how much I hated the run. I need a) company on my longer runs b) ideally, hills and trails and nature.

Recovery included a lovely cup of tea and my nephew’s delicious carrot cake!

This afternoon headed over to Brow Hill campsite nestled in between the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones for Alstock, otherwise know as Ali turning 40 but having a party now and not in November when the weather is gross.

BBQ, beers, friends and the beautiful Shropshire hills. Perfection!
