I had a training day for "Involvement" positions sitting on interview panels for SWLStG NHS Trust. Encouraging that the trust's policy is to have (ex-)service users and/or carers on the panel for each and every job interview.

Went to Wandsworth Common with Imogen afterwards, along with a friend who (coincidentally) happened to have been on the training day.
