Moorland run

Warm and muggy today walked the dogs early finishing off in the river.
Took myself off for a longer run up to the moor, it was hilly and hot.
Stopped briefly to take the panorama of rough tor and brown willy and one of the hut circles.
Finished off the day with TRX and catching up on the athletics
