I slept a LOT today. I did not swim. I have stayed off the ciggies all day again. That's 3 days. I am feeling quite proud of my progress so far.

Tomorrow, swimming. I just needed to rest today.

Tonight...it's our school prom. In ten years I have only missed one. Am absolutely gutted not to be there...it's always a great night and is year's students were an absolutely cracking bunch who I felt I let down by not being there in their last 3 months.
