Striding

I took the monster hire-car for a spin this afternoon. The intention was to got to Malahide, Portmarnock, Howth and stop somewhere for a bite to eat. That didn't happen. I drove through Malahide, Portmarnock and Howth, but it's ages since I've seen them all so busy. There was nowhere to stop, apart from once when I pulled into the side of the road and got out of the car for a bit of fresh air.

Traffic was horrific between Baldoyle and Howth, so what's really quite a short round trip took much longer than it normally would. At least it helped get better acquainted with the monster rental. I'd got the measure of it by the time I got back home.
