Blue Bell Glade

Spent the day at the Purley Chase Centre, run by two very good friends, and Christians, who run this place with wonderful grounds. There is something for every age. The tea and coffee flows like water, and the cooking, well let me just say, you won't go hungry!

After the day's event, leading a small group of people on the theme of Living Conversations in the Bible. It was wonderful to step outside and wonder around the grounds of Purley Chase and take in the scent of the many flowers growing here and to look up at the choice of elderly trees as they spread their canopy across the extensive lawns. Casting shadows of shade and areas of brilliant sunlight in uniformed shapes.

To be able to milk the scene with my eyes was a glorious way to end my day here at Purley Chase.
