Today I was ill.
I woke up & went to have a wash & struggled to get back to bed...... DIZZY, WOOZY & LIGHT HEADED. Not nice.
I messaged my daughter, but fell asleep.
Got up, the same thing happened.
Finally I got downstairs.
I was ashen faced & unsure of what was happening.
Took my Blood Pressure; it was low.
Checked to see how LOW is bad, well I wasn't far off it, so maybe that was the problem.
Throughout the day I fell asleep; also I kept the curtains closed I couldn't stand the light.
My Blood pressure gradually went up
My daughter looked after me & got me drinks & a Marmite Sandwich.
In the evening I got this photo of Stanley.
