Silvery sea
Didn't have the best sleep last night, as Tim had a bout of insomnia. I was actually really sleepy, so did end up getting nearly seven hours in between being woken up here and there, but he had less than five, and was awake as the sun rose on the new day.
As a result, we were both rather tired today, but not too bad. I was back to work, which went fine, and I did Pilates at lunchtime, too. This morning, Martin (who used to own our house) popped over with his Hive unit for us (he'd taken it with him thinking he'd use it in the new place, but ended up not needing it), and a framed aerial photo of our house which he'd bought years ago. Very kind of him - and really interesting to see the house before the driveway was redone. Nice to see him again, too.
No walk after work, as we were both knackered - so here's a (rather strange, I think) photo of the silvery sea from our balcony this evening.
