A Quiet Place

I finally went to an osteopath today for my painful knee.  She lives in the village so it's very convenient, if a little pricey, to consult her and submit for treatment.  I think it helped, certainly it was a relief to find that it's soft tissue that's causing pain and discomfort in one leg.

I took the long way home, electrically, and stopped at this gateway for a blip.  It will have to do, but it's next to a nature reserve just outside the village, "Brackets Coppice", a great place to walk (when knees are behaving).
