The day started well. We went to M&S in Dubai Mall to look for T-shirts and G to change the size of a blouse (again). We went to McCafferty's for our Sunday lunch and watched the first half of the England-Spain final there. Kim, the manager, had kept our table for us, just as she promised.

Diane invited us to watch the match at her place if the pub was too noisy, so we left at half-time. We hoped with all our might England would qualify, but sadly, it didn't happen. My pictures are taken from her curved screen.

Our friend, who we had lunch with on Friday, needed a ride to visit some friends, so we drove her there. We then had faloodeh while waiting. It turns out she had left her bag in another friend's car, so we had to liaise with her to retrieve it. The bag and friend were delivered safely back to where we picked her up.

We eventually got home at 10 PM. I was too tired to think about downloading my pictures.
