Plum Jam

The local fruit and veg shop have been selling Victoria plums for a couple of weeks so I asked Mark to get me some yesterday and today I turned them into jam.  I miscalculated the amount of jam the recipe would make and I made far more jam than I expected and had to do a last minute desperate search through my cupboards for jam jars.
