The bouquet from the Co op has lasted well and it looks beautiful on the coffee table.

I did some gardening this morning but it has been windy and heavy rain since then.

We are days away from handing over the keys to our old house buyer. This is a great relief and an unburdening of stress and a time of uncertainty.

Paul woke up at the usual time and seemed OK until he said he was suffering with a strange dizziness and his balance was off.
I emailed my sister who suggested it could be caused by dehydration, low or high blood pressure.
He rested all day and was mostly in good health but every time he got up he experienced the dizziness.
My sister and her husband take seriously having their blood pressure checked by a GP and at her recommendation I ordered from Amazon a £30.99 Omron wrist home use Blood Pressure monitor.
I think it will provide peace of mind. Paul has statins for controlling cholesterol. He can't drive with the risk of dizziness. He checked on 111what to do. Helpful advice on that site.
Any advice anyone can give, I would be glad to know, if you have experienced anything similar.
