Blackbird down?

Looked out of the office window this morning and saw this blackbird lying on the lawn. I snapped a pic of him sunbathing, he wasn't bothered at all. I thought he might be injured so went to assist but he was off like a shot as soon as he glimpsed me. I guess he was just sunbathing after all. Pleased about that.
