In memory of Helen

A friend's mum who passed away yesterday. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in April and due to her age and general health there was nothing to be done sadly other than wait for the inevitable. I saw her quite a few times over that period but the two most recent visits, last week and early July were the most telling as her decline in these latter weeks was terrible to witness. I've said it before on blip, I've even got it tattooed on my forearm but for the record, 'f*ck cancer'
