Not going far

Another run in the dark before sunrise. On Richmond Road I passed this pushbike chained to a post which holds one corner of a verandah outside what was once a corner dairy. Now it appears to have been reincorporated into the house.

The light here was provided by a sodium street lamp, which was very close, and casting great shadows. The colours are affected by the yellow light from the street lamp; the photo is unmodified from how it came from the SD card onto the computer.

My apologies for falling behind again in the comments; this week has been surprisingly busy with three days in the ward. The weekend is "booked" for Council reading. We have come north to the beachhouse (first time for three weeks). A late blip because of a late trip. Will head for bed soon.
