Des turned up at the gym the same time as I did, really early, for him. I had birthday cards from all of them (tomorrow) We had a good chat about the party, on Saturday night. I left early to walk into town, and I was going to have a good look at that Welsh blanket, only to find the shop was closed for the day, although I could see the blanket was just inside the doorway. I picked up our prescriptions from Boots, and then caught the bus home. J arrived not long after , just in time for lunch. J cut the front lawn this afternoon as the forecast isn't looking too good for the next few day's. I took this photo in a shop window opposite  the antique shop, called Quirky.
