Blur

The buddleja bush is flowering very late this year, and the butterflies are happy about it.
I tried to get a photo of a hummingbird hawk-moth, but it was almost impossible. They are moving faster than I can focus my camera. This is the best one of about 20 tries, and it’s still a blur.

It was a little cooler today, and moving felt bearable (although the humidity went up again). In the morning, I went to the gym for the first time since my appendectomy. Later, P and I went for a short walk. Much better than sitting at the desk all day!
