Sunflower

Mrs C visited a sunflower farm on Monday in order to take some photographs. It was permitted to take some home with you (secateurs were provided!) in exchange for a donation to the Air Ambulance. She thinned out a vase of chrysanthemums and added the sunflowers to make a lovely display.
And the sun has actually made an appearance today - I’ve even managed to get the lawns mown this afternoon! Went to the gym this morning for a good session but also discussed changing my current workout programme. I’ve sent an email to my trainer saying what areas I want to work on, how often I can get in and what exercises I’m not really keen on, so he can come up with some suggestions. I think I’ve been doing my current programme for about six months now, so it’s definitely time for a change.
I’m hoping for a phone call from R&T Music tomorrow - the extension cab for my new amp should have arrived this week, and I’d really like to be able to use it at this weekend’s gigs.
