Harvest Time.
A lazy breakfast then off to Muircot to meet up with Margaret and Linda for lunch. It was warm sunny day so the drive there was enjoyable and we chatted for hours as always. Margaret had been to the Grayson Perry exhibition in Edinburgh and had brought the catalogue. She had loved it and plans to visit again. I would really like to go but don't think it's possible. I could get a train and a taxi from the station but then there's all the walking in the gallery and getting back home again. I'm going to buy the catalogue anyway and the exhibition sounds very busy with people shuffling round photographing everything on their mobile phones, They drove Margaret mad and would do the same to me. She's going on holiday in September and LInda is going down to London to her sons and grandsons. I gave her the cranesbill geraniums she wanted and we're going to meet up in September then the three of us will meet in October. Did some Sainsbury's shopping in Kinross on the way home and stopped at a favourite lay-by for a blip. A nice day all round.
