Storm

... as viewed from our garden. A very warm, still and thundery day.  We said goodbye to our visitors mid morning and have had a quiet day at home. R recovering from his injuries and I'm struggling with my wrist - what a pair! A quick pop into Seaford for an appt and bits of shopping and a short seafront run for me between the storms. A friend has given me some massage oil made from 28 plants to promote repair in my wrist so fingers crossed!
