First in France

The first time I have managed to catch a Nuthatch in France. Spent a while sitting in a spot we sometimes see deer, then happened to look up at the half-dead tree about 50 metres away. Idly snapped the bird on the top branch when I realised what it was. I have a series of pics as it attacked a crack in the branch. Eventually, he (or she) pulled out this “nut”.  Tried to add extras - system would not let me. 
Didn’t see any deer today.
