And another
Rose - the Darcy Bussell.
i did get a couple of hours sleep last night, but my brain would not engage for the Safeguarding Policy I had planned to work on today, so settled on some simpler re branding.
Megan was admitted to the A&E side ward immediately last night with drips attached. She has been there all day, James with her. She’s had vomiting, dizziness and is very yellow. James stayed until 5pm when her boyfriend took over. She is still on the drips and at about 10pm was moved to a proper ward. She is hoping to go home tomorrow, but although someone from mental health came and took details, and spoke a little with her, she has not had a full assessment yet. She is still clearly jaundiced. We have messaged and this evening she FaceTimed. Now she is on a ward, visiting times have to be adhered to and her boyfriend was sent home. She says there are about 20 people on the ward, it is huge, she was quite scared as some were shouting, wandering, screaming. I’ve known how bad the A&E departments are, witnessed last year, but it seems that the NHS crisis is throughout the hospitals, wards too.
What a mess.
