Thursday: First Night Motel

Well, we did rather a stupid thing and, in our giddy pre-holiday excitement, had a beer or two too many last night, which meant that we’ve been a little weary today.  

Never mind, though, as we’re now on holiday!  We flew from Belize City to Atlanta this afternoon and picked up a hire car.  As we didn’t arrive until evening time, we got out of Atlanta and then just found somewhere on the hoof to stay.  This is our very glamorous motel in Marietta, Georgia.  It’s as luxurious inside as it is out.
