Mackerel sky

I worked from home today as the carpet was being fitted to the stairs and landing, so I got up in time to have a walk over the fields before breakfast. Such a beautiful sky to look at!

The carpet looks good, although it was a shame he didn’t hoover up after himself, and that he made a big dirty mark on the newly painted wall (several marks actually hit the others have come off). I’ll mention it when I phone up to pay the bill. It’s nice to get it all finished though - just the pictures to put back up and a new lampshade or two needed.
