Set my alarm early as the mornings weather looked good (dry and cool) and the tide was out.
Got to Padstow at 6:30 and the dogs and I went for a run on the beach.
We hadn't done it for over a month, due to tide times and Keely's season.
I think it's fair to say they loved it
