NO PARKING

New signs at the Water-Board lay-by.  This is probably because a few camper vans have been parked here for days at a time lately.  (Although the Camp Site is just 200 yards away.) The water pumping equipment sits under the road surface. 
A wet wet morning but a lot of blue skies are visible by 4pm.  Great for an afternoon walk.
