GCSEs and buckets

A totally different kind of day. We could feel the weather changing last night.

MightyMouse is away on camp and he got his GCSE results by email so I was up early eager to phone him as soon as he got them. We’re all so pleased. What a mighty mighty relief. Great results.

Elbows had to work all morning so perfect weather for a bit of shopping for me though a little sad walking around Wilkos.

Lunch under a canopy. A surprising swoop down from a seagull rid us of one cheese toastie - it was almost funny.

And then a clear up and a drive home that took double its time. A 4-hour journey back is almost a miserable record. But we’re back but not for long … :-))

6th and last set of GCSE results for our family. So pleased to leave that multi-disciplinary stage of education and testing …
