Cofaidh

Another Friday morning swim in the company of the Dell Dippers.  

It was a lovely morning to be swimming - blue sky, lovely shades of green and the water higher than usual. It was also very peaceful - the trees are good at masking sound of A9. I swam to the second pine and back and followed this with cofaidh agus cabadaich (coffee and chat) in the Dam Visitor Centre Cafe. 

This afternoon saw me catching up with personal admin, Gaelic and some family-treeing. 

TV viewing beckons (athletics, Annika and Lincoln Lawyer.
