Cow Parsley

I went to a demonstration of flower arranging some time ago and was surprised when the lady produced ( what I call 'cow parsley') Anthriscus sylvestris, to put in her arrangement. I had to look up the name today as I would never remember. There's lots of it along the roadside so if you like flowers in the house it is cheap and plentiful.
