much needed rest day .....cannot quite describe the mood today , think the minds fogged up with tiredness. had a little walk and pub lunch with ali this morning .. pressures of life dictate we dont get much time just to kick back and enjoy life ..we all know the importance to make room for the pleasures i life but sometimes the practicalities get in the way... in the meantime time hurtles by and we run from the things that scare or haunt us but distance and time dont seem to go hand in hand as we relive events like it were yesterday , bad events in life ..worse still is to look at some of those same faces and wish life were different , some people thrive on this dramas, me it bounds up in shackles .. i spend years trying to break free from history ..some days are usually good , some not ,, tiredness doesnt help ..
