Cancelled Party

We had in mind a second anniversary birthday party for this 2021 road collapse, but work has now started on the rebuilding of the stream side.  Might we soon be back to two way traffic after two years?  Very exciting prospect.  Or is it a ploy to build more houses in the village (we may not have adequate sewage provision or fibre round the village, but at least we have a repaired two way access road!).
