More library nonsense. From the 1952 original, reprinted in 1973 with a rather snazzy dust jacket illustration. I think this is the standard text for those misguided souls of the "Robin Hood was a Yorkshireman" persuasion. Helpfully informs me that the water from St Anne's Well "is very cold and will kill a toad" though I'm not sure how recently that has been tested...
