Best Mates

The sun shone which persuaded me to switch to a singlet, (no longer allowed to be called ‘wife beaters’), to cut the grass and tidy the garden, result, sunburnt shoulders.
A return to a too high a temperature to walk Paddy during the afternoon meant he enjoyed a ‘dog ice cream’ for which he was very grateful as can be seen in the photo.
Good to spend a day with Mrs S, picked some ripe apples from the tree in the garden, Paddy seems to enjoy those that drop to the ground, “windfall” they used to be called.

The RNA Branch Meeting in the evening took the form of a short meeting followed by a BBQ, really enjoyed the evening and the food. Not too much in the way of beer for me though, injection day tomorrow.
