A day at the racecourse

Day 2 of CIPD centenary event/Northern Area Partnership conference. Great day, lovely venue at York Racecourse. Stimulating speakers including Peter Cheese, the quite new Chief Exec - it was the first time I'd met him and an excellent figurehead for the HR/L&D profession (apols for acronyms).
