Day 7 : Friends

So these are my friends, and soon to be trekking friends, Abdul Nasir and Abdullah.

Abdul Nasir (Nas) sounds Arabic, but he's as English as they come. Abs is Lebanese

In under one month we'll be scaling Kilimanjaro!

The reason I picked this shot is to represent the hilarious occurrence of today. The three of us will shortly feature in Mins Fitness magazine, documenting our trip. This is a pic of us at a local gym, where we had a photo shoot today. The professional photographer is just to the right of Nas's brother, who snapped this for me on my camera.

I cant begin to explain how amazing the gym is, its HUGE. Every bit of kit is the latest, they have multiple pools, every piece of training equipment you could dream of, squash courts, an Altitude chamber and a Human cell regeneration machine - yes you just read correctly. Amazing!!
