I must go down to the internet

Coughing for Britain today,so another day at home.
Still sorting through Mum and Dad's belongings and there are a few mysteries, like this original watercolour. This man's son worked for the steamship company that owned the ship in the picture, and died following the shipwreck of the SS Trevessa in 1923. Was there a family connection to the SS Tregurno, and why did Mum have a picture of it ? I've seen the history of the ship on the same site, but I'm no wiser. Maybe the internet might have the answer.
Also in the photo is my Grandad's compass, set in a piece of Cornish serpentine stone. It's one of my treasures.
