Stream

This little stream is right outside our front door.

We had a good sleep, but I struggled to drag myself out of bed for ParkRun. I am not a frequent ParkRunner, but I always enjoy it when I make the effort. I decided against the hilly Flatts Lane route, and we headed to Northallerton. This was just as friendly, but with a bigger field. I was 5th lady / 1st old lady, with an old lady PB.

I managed to drag the Noo out into the sunshine whilst GravyC was running. We went for a short walk to The Rusty Bike Cafe and back again.

This afternoon was spent at Anna’s.
