Natural sculpture

and a less natural one in extras.
Took our visitor to Tentsmuir today where the sun came out for us. I went for a run while the other 2 walked and I met them part way and walked a bit before continuing.
Pizza crepe (delicious and I was so pleased to see the savoury ones back on the menu) and a walk down to the beach.
On the way home went up the Law where the views all round were excellent and the rain clouds were still a bit away. It did rain after we got home but then dried up again so I did a couple of jobs in the garden before fish suppers were eaten.
We then watched some of the athletics.
