Stepping stones

These are definitely a pain in the feet. It seems like there are more stones on the way into the loch than there were last year. So if you ever look at the fence and wonder why there are lots of pairs of shoes jammed between the slats about 20m from shore it's because we are delicate. I still don't understand how my feet can be numb after a swim when the water is cold but I can still feel every stone.

No such problem today. The water was 15C and perfectly calm. We headed past Cameron house but not quite to duck bay and had the suit off swim at the end. Ken expressed surprise at the lack of skinny dipping. There was a good explanation.

I wished I didn't have work to go to today, but badly timed meetings kept me busy and in the office for most of it. Some good stuff done though and I managed to use my very little influence to sort out a work problem for a friend. All good!
