Impractical

Spotted this down at the Supermarket car park this morning, the driver had to stand up and clamber over the edge. There did appear to be a boot of some sort. I hope he didn’t buy too much. Wouldn’t have fitted our weekly beer order and a Sunday paper in there let alone much else.
I noticed it doesn’t seem to have a number plate. There was one on the back. Odd.
