Sunday

A funny old bank holiday Sunday, spent painting the kitchen cupboard frames. I haven't done anything like this since the 80's! I used to enjoy it then, and found it very satisfying.  I then decided to paint the top of the wood, either side of the stairs, which was looking decidedly scruffy. Looks much better now. 
A half hour of heavy rain while I was occupied.  All clear now, and back to sunny spells.
