Shattered

Noo is up way past his bedtime; we have just had dinner with ‘The Beverley Sisters’ (ha!) and my nephews. We also managed to get roped in to doing a quiz.

This morning I ventured out for a slow 13 miler. Anna and Joel are bringing Ronnie over for a dog walk tomorrow, so I might not run.

We’re currently catching up with the athletics.
