Sunday visit

After taking some things to the tip we headed over to Brighton and saw J&L. They are now 7 days beyond due date with no real sign of anything happening as yet.
We went for Sunday lunch at their local inn and then went for a walk in the park. Pleasant day with them. When we got back I went for a run and struggled a bit because it was too soon after lunch.
Didn’t do any more packing today.
