A Day at Sea
While we did stop by Zakynthos, it was a tender situation and the queues to get off the limited tender boats from the ship was incredibly long. This meant that we were not able to get off in the morning before the midday sun (in the Southern European heatwave). Having been to Zakynthos many years ago I didn't feel the drive to wait it out so instead we had a chilled out sea day at port - sort of. The reality is, ships like these aren't and probably shouldn't go to ports like Zakynthos which really don't have the facilities and infrastructure to support this many people descending on them for a day.
Relaxing day and nice evening enjoying the sea views followed by some fun cruise entertainment in the form of Cellist Wendy Law.
