Spot The Ball

God on my side, I almost thought I was in luck for a quick five pound win.....

This front page of the local church paper brought a little chuckle into the Tuttle household today. My first reaction was to physically try to work out exactly where Jesus is trying to make contact by acrobatically volley the ball into the back of the net. Tuttle Jnr (of a much younger age) was somewhat baffled by the Tuttle clan laughter. Much explaining was needed. Although he did sort of get the joke, but still felt excluded somewhat.

With reference to the dreaded long ball game: Cloughie would be turning in his grave as he firmly believed that all football should be played on the grass, not in the clouds.
