Work

Well over cast day but still cycled into work, nice ride but after a day at work I realised I had made a schoolboy error in my cycle clothing. The morning was cold so I wore long sleeve top and long trousers but as home time arrived the day turned into a tropical paradise. Needless to say I was very warm by the time I got home. Quick snack and then out to karate very hot sesh. Good day in all
